• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX/UI, Product, or Interaction Designer.

• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, accessibility, responsive design, and user research.
• Background in designing for SaaS or complex web applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing for AI-driven products.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to tell compelling stories through design.
• Empathetic approach with a genuine interest in enhancing user experiences.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for collaborating with developers.
• Experience working in agile settings.
• Familiarity with tools like Pendo, Hotjar, FullStory, or GA4 for behavioral analytics.
