• Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp to create and enhance site plans for various projects in European markets, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to 3D visualization.
• Assist in preparing persuasive visual materials, such as 3D mockups, renders, and customized layout packages, to support tender submissions tailored to specific site requirements.
• Design print-ready signage using graphic design tools like Photoshop and InDesign for construction panels, info boards, and banners.
• Ensure adherence to architectural and branding guidelines for WP1 projects throughout Europe, maintaining consistency and quality standards.
• Validate all plans prior to construction commencement to guarantee alignment with local regulations, feasibility, and IONITY's quality standards.
• Serve as a key design resource for internal stakeholders, handling various project requests from minor layout adjustments to visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including architects, engineers, marketing professionals, rollout managers, and external partners across Europe.
• Hold a degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant field within the construction industry.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure or building projects, with a preference for on-site involvement.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and 3D rendering tools is required.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, land boundaries, and ground conditions.
• Familiarity with local regulations and permitting procedures, such as CDM, is essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are necessary.
• Experience interacting with public authorities and private property owners is a plus.
• Fluent in the local/native language, including technical terminology.
• Possess a valid and clean driver's license.
