• Take the lead in developing innovative event concepts, themes, and creative visions that align with strategic goals
• Provide visual direction and guidance to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners to ensure consistent brand execution
• Supervise the creation of creative assets for event environments, including signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive elements, and swag
• Drive experiential innovation across various event formats and explore cutting-edge technologies such as AR/VR and AI-driven interactions
• Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and other stakeholders to achieve objectives and KPIs
• Present creative concepts to partners and senior stakeholders, effectively communicating vision and rationale
• Manage the creative process from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Keep abreast of trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance Deel experiences
• 7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a focus on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business outcomes
• Proven ability to lead creative teams, freelancers, agencies, and external vendors
• Hands-on contributor with a willingness to get involved in the creative process
• In-depth understanding of spatial design, storytelling through experience, and audience-centric thinking
• Familiarity with emerging technologies like AR/VR and generative AI for enhancing brand experiences
• Strong collaboration skills across functions including marketing, sales, product marketing, and production teams
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
• Creative mindset with the ability to push boundaries while also executing ideas effectively
• Fluency in English (ability to speak, read, and write) and valid work authorization in the country of residence
