β’ A Bachelorβs Degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or a related field
β’ Submission of a portfolio/samples (include link in resume)
β’ 3 to 5 years of agency experience required
β’ Preferably experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
β’ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
β’ Familiarity with Figma is a plus
β’ Strong team player with the ability to follow direction
β’ Willingness to learn and take initiative
β’ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills
β’ Strong design and layout skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
