• The role of Associate Creative Director (ACD) involves spearheading the creation and execution of B2B content, messaging, and brand strategies for our clients. This includes conducting in-depth research on target audiences and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with clients, account managers, and fellow creative team members to ensure that all communication aligns seamlessly with our clients’ business goals and vision.
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive content, messaging, and brand strategies for our clients, focusing on large-scale, integrated B2B strategies tailored for enterprise level clients.
• Generate innovative creative concepts, messaging, and copy that effectively convey our clients’ unique value proposition and key differentiators to target audiences.
• Conduct thorough audience research to craft buyer personas, understand target audience preferences, and shape content and messaging strategies accordingly.
• Perform market research to pinpoint market trends, evaluate the competitive landscape, and guide product positioning and messaging strategies.
• Establish and uphold a cohesive and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Analyze content performance metrics and leverage data to optimize strategies and tactics effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing, messaging, branding, audience research, and market research.
• Oversee project outcomes to meet financial and deadline expectations and monitor progress on all content and copy projects within the team.
• Showcase a robust portfolio demonstrating revenue growth for enterprise level B2B clients through diverse campaigns, strategies, and executions.
• Possess essential B2B experience.
• Demonstrate several years of expertise in leading strategic messaging, content strategy, content planning, audience and market research, and strategic brand development within B2B industries alongside multiple enterprise level companies.
• Previous experience in similar tasks, preferably within an agency environment, is highly advantageous.
• Prove a track record of establishing and maintaining a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Demonstrate expertise in audience and market research to shape content and messaging strategies.
• Possess strong analytical skills and the capability to utilize data for making well-informed decisions.
