• Create visual assets for various product marketing campaigns, such as digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, and in-app visuals.
• Maintain and evolve Dorsia’s premium luxury brand identity through all creative work.
• Collaborate with product marketers, copywriters, and the product team to transform new features into engaging creative narratives.
• Present multiple design concepts for feedback and refine them accordingly.
• Prepare final design files for different platforms and channels.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Partnership teams to craft assets that convey sophistication and exclusivity.
• Assist in the launch of products like the Culture Calendar going live in mid-October.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years focused on brand or marketing design (freelance or agency work accepted).
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating work in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or high-end consumer brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma; knowledge of motion design is a bonus.
• Ability to produce polished, elegant, and sophisticated visual designs that align with Dorsia’s luxury positioning.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams on campaigns or product launches.
• Strong communication skills and capability to work independently under strict deadlines.
• Keen eye for luxury aesthetics and premium brand storytelling.
• Skill in balancing creativity with business requirements.
• Immediate availability to start working.
