• Ensure brand visuals are optimized for various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels
• Generate impactful visuals and communications that embody the essence of Midi Health
• Develop engaging content that encourages interaction and drives conversions
• Customize designs to meet the specific requirements and standards of different social media platforms
• Keep abreast of social media trends, pop culture, and current events to create timely and relevant content
• Collaborate with design leaders, marketing, and content teams to execute cohesive campaigns
• Utilize analytics tools to assess design performance and refine creative based on engagement data
• Create content from scratch in a high-growth, purpose-driven setting, delivering high-quality work efficiently
• Minimum of 6 years of visual design experience, with a focus on social and digital content (agency or in-house background preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand work across social media, digital platforms, and campaigns
• Solid design skills with a deep knowledge of layout, typography, photography, and motion graphics
• Demonstrated experience in creating content for social media, particularly for consumer-oriented brands
• Hands-on expertise in designing for Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging social media channels
• Ability to translate brand guidelines and strategic goals into compelling, platform-specific creative content
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong video editing capabilities using tools like Premiere, Final Cut, and CapCut
• Effective multitasking skills and the ability to produce high-quality content quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
• Experience in an agency setting is a plus
• Background in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth marketing is a bonus
• Additional skills in motion graphics, video editing for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, as well as photography and basic videography, are advantageous
