β’ Create content from scratch in a high-growth, purpose-driven setting, delivering high-quality work efficiently
β’ Minimum of 6 years of visual design experience, with a focus on social and digital content (agency or in-house background preferred)
β’ Strong portfolio showcasing brand work across social media, digital platforms, and campaigns
β’ Solid design skills with a deep knowledge of layout, typography, photography, and motion graphics
β’ Demonstrated experience in creating content for social media, particularly for consumer-oriented brands
β’ Hands-on expertise in designing for Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging social media channels
β’ Ability to translate brand guidelines and strategic goals into compelling, platform-specific creative content
β’ Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
β’ Strong video editing capabilities using tools like Premiere, Final Cut, and CapCut
β’ Effective multitasking skills and the ability to produce high-quality content quickly in a fast-paced environment
β’ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
β’ Experience in an agency setting is a plus
β’ Background in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth marketing is a bonus
β’ Additional skills in motion graphics, video editing for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, as well as photography and basic videography, are advantageous
