Change Management – Ariba Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Implement strategies for stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and sustainment to enhance user readiness and minimize risk.

• Develop interactive learning experiences to facilitate business transformation and the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba throughout the organization.

• Create comprehensive user learning paths incorporating virtual sessions, self-paced modules, and practical exercises to drive system adoption.

• Collaborate with external content developers to ensure consistent design standards and quality for all learning materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• University Degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years relevant experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.

• Proficiency in supporting learning design initiatives in SAP Ariba.

• Demonstrated leadership in design or governance across multiple project streams.

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
