• We are seeking a Clinical User Experience Analyst to join a significant Clinical Information Solution (CIS) consolidation project.
• The primary focus of this role is to enhance user adoption and streamline clinical workflow integration by ensuring the efficient deployment of endpoint devices, including PCs, thin clients, tablets, and scanners, in a user-friendly and ergonomic manner across healthcare facilities.
• The Analyst will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to evaluate requirements, develop user-centric workflows, and propose technical solutions that improve usability and minimize workflow challenges.
• Possess a degree in Business, Healthcare, or IT, or possess equivalent experience.
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Canadian health information systems, standards, or clinical software.
• Demonstrate at least 3 years of direct engagement with clinicians in hospital environments.
• Showcase proven expertise in optimizing endpoint deployment within clinical workflows.
• Bring over 3 years of experience in leading workshops and developing user personas/use cases.
• Exhibit strong facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Have 2+ years of experience in conducting usability testing and surveys.
• Possess bilingual (English/French) communication skills, with a preference for candidates with familiarity with New Brunswick's healthcare/tech landscape.
• Residing in New Brunswick or having a background in clinical settings is considered advantageous.
