• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create visual design assets (icons, animated gifs/videos, and illustrations) for digital marketing campaigns spanning various platforms such as ads, social media, email, and out-of-home placements.
• Partner with the Global Brand and Marketing team based in the US to enhance the visual identity of Tala specifically for the Mexican market.
• Develop and deliver multiple design elements while adhering to brand guidelines and established styles.
• Utilize data and insights to guide the creative process and final output.
• Generate innovative concepts, motivate team members, and effectively give and receive feedback.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure project progression.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, animation, or illustration.
• Proficient in graphic design along with either 2D animation or illustration.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing a keen eye for design and typography.
• Background in working with consumer brands either internally or through advertising agencies.
• Strong empathy for customers and a deep understanding of design impact.
• Experience in adapting creative content to align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Solid grasp of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and creative ideation.
• Bonus points for familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proficiency in using Slack, Jira, and GSuite, or eagerness to learn these tools.
