• With over 15 research papers published in prestigious conferences like NeurIPS and ICML, we are now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us on a freelance basis to develop innovative products and services powered by GenAI and advanced AI technologies.

• Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients and diverse teams to design products and services driven by GenAI and emerging AI technologies, incorporating AI features into user experiences, translating business requirements and user research insights into intuitive product designs, and advocating for responsible and ethical AI design practices.
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial product design experience, with at least one product launched
• Strong expertise in UI and UX design, showcasing end-to-end design processes, problem-solving skills, and measurable impact (preferably projects involving AI or algorithm-driven experiences)
• Experience in designing products utilizing AI/ML or GenAI, understanding challenges like trust, transparency, personalization, and user control
• Ability to collaborate with AI tools while maintaining a human-centered design approach
• Familiarity with responsible AI design principles and experience in user research and workshops, including research on user interaction with AI-powered features
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to present and align design solutions with stakeholders
• Self-driven and collaborative mindset, comfortable working with both corporate clients and startups
• Additional experience in designing and launching AI-powered products, familiarity with prompt design, AI model capabilities, and human-AI interaction patterns, and curiosity for future design paradigms are advantageous
