Remote Jobs
📋 Description
• As a company, we are re-evaluating if weekly recurring calls are the best way to support our students. We have heard feedback that students want more flexibility to book calls when they actually have made progress and have items to discuss, rather than scrambling to find things to talk about during their recurring call. So, we are building a process to test a new system of flexible call credits where a student starts with an onboarding call that is pre-booked, and then gets 5 call credits to book with their mentor over the next 5 weeks. We want to test this system to understand how students engage with it and also to get a sense of the impact it has on our mentors. We also will be working to get students to use their Teaching Assistants more during this time as the go-to resource for quick questions and getting unblocked. With this, we are introducing Graders to take that workload off of mentors.
