Graphic Designer, Enterprise

📋 Description

• Collaborate with top-tier Subject Matter Experts to develop impactful and immersive learning programs.

• Utilize expertise from various fields such as design, psychology, and creative writing, while incorporating feedback from stakeholders to enhance enterprise training materials and delivery.

• Deploy training content on our Learning Management System and other platforms.

• Act as the primary representative for all enterprise PS assets both internally and externally.

• Assist Sales, Advisory, and Consulting teams with designing presentation decks.

• Ensure consistent design standards and branding across email communications for enterprise clients.

• Generate marketing materials for web, social media, presentations, and other channels to support Enterprise marketing campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field.

• Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience.

• Proficient in visual design principles, adhering to brand guidelines.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Keen eye for detail.

• Comfortable with technology and various software tools.

• Proficiency in Google suite of products and Figma is a must.

• Prior experience with Articulate Rise is a plus.

• Willingness to collaborate with remote team members in different time zones.

• Passion for education and continuous learning.

• Demonstrates curiosity, humility, can-do attitude, and eagerness to contribute in a dynamic startup environment.

• Background in content design is highly desirable.
