• Take charge of producing various creative assets (static, video, motion graphics, animations, etc.) within the existing marketing workstreams
• Conduct A/B tests for landing pages on different paid channels and implement successful strategies
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing comprehensive reports for the marketing team and senior leadership
• Evaluate campaign performance at a strategic level and suggest innovative approaches for improved results
• Cultivate and maintain Opencare's visual brand identity across all platforms and materials
• Assist the product and sales teams with diverse creative requests as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance your knowledge of the business model and become an expert in your designated area
• Possess 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, web design, performance media, and motion graphics
• Have a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and effective strategies
• Proficient in Adobe CC, Figma, and Canva with experience in tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, AdobeXD, and similar platforms
• Familiarity with email campaign design and layout, ability to interpret briefs and develop creative concepts
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and knowledgeable in front-end development and programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting findings to senior leadership
• Bonus skills: Experience in landing page designs and understanding of HTML
