• Supervises project finances and workforce projections to ensure optimal resource management.
• Scrutinizes expenditures and time tracking for precision and adherence to company financial guidelines.
• Nurtures strong client connections, offers regular project updates to management, and proactively communicates risks or scope adjustments to maintain project progress and stakeholder awareness.
• Assists in upholding company values, culture, and operational requirements by undertaking additional responsibilities and initiatives as deemed necessary.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum Alternative Qualification: 15+ years of experience in design encompassing mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated strong leadership qualities.
• Commitment to safety protocols.
• Sound analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCad software.
