β’ Guides, coaches, and cultivates a technical team through strategic task assignments, performance monitoring, goal setting, reviews, and fostering a dynamic, growth-focused atmosphere.
β’ Establishes and upholds design protocols and procedures to guarantee excellence, uniformity, and compliance in all project outcomes, while emphasizing safety and procedural adherence.
β’ Supervises project finances and workforce projections to ensure optimal resource management.
β’ Scrutinizes expenditures and time tracking for precision and adherence to company financial guidelines.
β’ Nurtures strong client connections, offers regular project updates to management, and proactively communicates risks or scope adjustments to maintain project progress and stakeholder awareness.
β’ Assists in upholding company values, culture, and operational requirements by undertaking additional responsibilities and initiatives as deemed necessary.
β’ Possession of a Bachelorβs degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
β’ Minimum Alternative Qualification: 15+ years of experience in design encompassing mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management.
β’ At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Demonstrated strong leadership qualities.
β’ Commitment to safety protocols.
β’ Sound analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCad software.
β’ Capable of leading technical presentations related to project scopes of work.
