• Support the development of visual storytelling strategy and creative ideas for the Sundance Film Festival.

• Ensure graphic design aligns with strategic direction and quality standards.
• Select illustrative material and review graphics for quality and alignment.
• Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designer to produce graphic systems and design assets.
• Design assets for Festival including print and digital ads, social assets, signage, merchandise design, and more.
• Manage employees, provide direction, feedback, and support to ensure effectiveness.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• 5 years of experience in developing campaigns across various platforms.
• Leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Graphic design portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and digital design expertise.
• Experience creating graphic assets for digital platforms and video.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design technologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of printing production methods and advertising campaigns.
