• Experience in end-to-end UX/product design to address challenging problems
• Ability to tell stories and bring design direction to life with compelling narratives
• Skill in balancing customer needs with business objectives, market feasibility, and technical requirements
• Proficiency in facilitating cross-functional collaborations and integrating feedback for positive outcomes
• Familiarity with design systems and identifying common components to support various customer use cases
• Experience in measuring success using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Background in enhancing processes and methodologies to increase product value and team efficiency
