Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of the user experience from initial concept to launch, shaping and championing the design vision for a leading entertainment application

• Lead, guide, and empower a team of product designers spanning iOS, Android, and web platforms

• Cultivate a culture centered on excellence, cooperation, and continuous improvement

• Advocate for product design across the organization, educating stakeholders and establishing design-driven practices

• Drive tangible business results through design choices that balance player satisfaction and company growth

• Integrate AI-powered design tools to streamline creative workflows and enhance quality with a strong emphasis on excellence and speed

• Craft user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for the JustPlay app

• Develop features that enhance the overall player experience, focusing on game discovery and loyalty gamification

• Establish and refine JustPlay's design principles and design system

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to devise innovative solutions within technical limitations

• Apply industry best practices (iOS, Android) to ensure top-notch design quality and seamless interactions across various devices

• Translate research findings and data analytics into actionable design ideas

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify areas where AI and automation can optimize design processes

• Create and uphold efficient design workflows that can scale with your team

• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance product usability

• Stay informed about current trends in mobile gaming and the advertising industry

• Foster a high-performing, growth-oriented design team through mentorship and feedback

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years leading a mobile product design team, preferably in the entertainment or gaming sector

• Experience in scaling or refining established design teams and processes

• Portfolio demonstrating impactful mobile design projects

• Expertise in gamification and user engagement

• Advanced proficiency in Figma

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to craftsmanship

• Nice to Have: Background in loyalty or rewards platforms; Experience in mobile gaming; In-depth knowledge of mobile gaming trends and the advertising landscape
