Middle UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Perform user research and competitive analysis to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for mobile app features.

• Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with the brand and offer an intuitive experience.

• Establish clear and effective user flows and information architecture to steer the development of user-centric products.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure seamless design implementation and iterate based on feedback.

• Contribute to developing and maintaining the design system for consistent app experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with exposure to designing mobile apps, websites, and/or CRM systems.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and process.

• Good grasp of UX/UI principles, design systems, and platform-specific guidelines (iOS, Android, web).

• Experience in wireframing and prototyping.

• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, consistency, and usability.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

• Capable of handling multiple tasks and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and native proficiency in Ukrainian, Belarusian, Russian.
