• Work closely with Product and Design teams to identify and suggest user-centric product enhancements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for clearly defined and moderately complex issues.
• Question requirements and offer improved user-centered solutions when necessary.
• Maintain the design system, ensuring consistency and addressing any gaps.
• Assist in UX research activities, such as usability testing and synthesizing findings.
• Define interaction patterns, feedback states, and error-handling processes.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality UI implementation.
• Clearly communicate design solutions to developers and stakeholders.
• Engage in design reviews, present work, and make revisions based on feedback.
• Utilize available data and product metrics to guide design decisions.
• Contribute to design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Stay updated on UI trends, technologies, and design methodologies.
• Autonomously utilize AI tools and enhance team workflows.
• Design user experiences for web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Translate product and design metrics into impactful feature enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• 3–5+ years of experience in designing interfaces for complex digital products.
• Strong skills in Figma, including auto-layout, component architecture, prototyping, and file organization.
• Solid grasp of visual design principles (typography, layout, color, iconography, and spacing).
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Sound understanding of UX principles, including interaction design, usability heuristics, and flow design.
• Experience in conducting user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and translating insights into design choices.
• Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to explain and justify design decisions to stakeholders and teams.
• Proactive mindset, identifying UX enhancements without explicit direction.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
• Experience utilizing AI tools in design processes and recognizing opportunities for workflow improvements.
• Awareness of cognitive biases in design decisions (e.g., confirmation bias, anchoring).
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (desirable).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering (desirable).
• Proficiency in advanced English, collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders.
