• 3+ years of user/UX research experience in consumer products or product development, proficient in qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Skilled in in-depth interviews, concept testing, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as R, STATA, or SPSS.
• Ability to design surveys, conduct interviews, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborative mindset suited for a dynamic startup environment with a commitment to rigorous research.
• Comfortable in navigating ambiguous projects, bringing structure to challenges, and aligning research goals with product strategies.
