• Work in tandem with research teams to analyze player behavior in Web3 casinos, identifying ways to streamline onboarding processes, enhance engagement through gamification, and incorporate social features.
• Create cutting-edge reward structures and gamification elements to captivate players beyond individual gaming sessions, fostering loyalty through achievement systems, leaderboards, and community-driven challenges.

• Proficiency in Web3 concepts (wallets, transactions, smart contracts) with the ability to design user-friendly abstractions for mainstream audiences.
