📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing core product areas from initial concept to final implementation

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to map out team roadmaps and address key challenges

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure a seamless implementation that aligns with the design vision

• Develop flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to convey design concepts effectively

• Organize design sprints, user research sessions, and group workshops

• Contribute to the enhancement and upkeep of our design system for a consistent user experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing user-friendly web applications

• Proven track record of delivering complex B2B or SaaS products and explaining your approach

• Proficient in system thinking, pattern recognition, and expertise in usability and interaction design

• Ability to seamlessly transition between user experience, interaction, and visual design
