• Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Product Design
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated experience in designing consumer-oriented experiences for both web and mobile platforms
• Strong skills in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting with engineers, user researchers, and product teams
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Display humility, collaboration, and an open-minded approach
• Fluency in a widely spoken EU language other than English
• Interest in cryptocurrency or financial products
• Regular user of Coinbase products
