• Take charge of enhancing the design of web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Engineering and the product team.
• Develop a profound understanding of the product, customers, and the church and non-profit technology sector.
• Responsibilities include wireframing, interaction, visual design, design systems, and iterative enhancements to current product experiences.
• Demonstrated strong design and UX instincts, creating work that is functional, clear, polished, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Possess excellent product thinking skills to quickly grasp a product, its users, and the issues it addresses.
• Proficiency in Figma or Paper is essential.
• Thorough understanding of the frontend handoff process, utilizing Vue 3, Tailwind, and TypeScript.
• Comfortable working across web and mobile platforms.
• Genuine interest in supporting the local church community.
• Flexible working hours with at least a six-hour overlap with 7:00a-4:00p ET.
