Product Designer

📋 Description

• Contribute to the overall product strategy and decision-making process

• Assist in delivering and refining compelling narratives about product requirements and opportunities

• Collaborate across various teams including product management, engineering, design, and research

• Develop and enhance flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals while providing constructive feedback to team members

• Design and implement high-quality product enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX and UI design for software products of similar scale and complexity

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design elements like composition, typography, and layout

• Proficiency in interaction design and prototyping to refine design choices

• Proven ability to lead design processes from discovery to launch, considering user needs, technical limitations, and business objectives

• Capability to make informed decisions through structured thinking and user-centered research

• Experience in designing creative tools, workflows, or systems for collaboration is a plus
