• Work closely with the Senior Product Designer, Lead Engineers, and Product Managers to create outcome-driven designs and exceptional user experiences.
• Translate feature specifications into detailed wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, or prototypes based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are precise and functional, adhering to established design and interaction standards.
• Partner with Product Management and Product Analytics to define success metrics and analyze post-launch data for continuous enhancements.
• Conduct usability research and interviews when necessary, offering recommendations for enhancements.
• Utilize data, metrics, intuition, and taste to inform design decisions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a Product Team.
• Background in designing technical products and data visualizations.
• Proficient in creating designs for technical SaaS products and developer tools.
• Possess a design portfolio or samples of previous work, with live project URLs preferred.
• Strong design sensibility with a focus on delivering high-quality work in both aesthetics and functionality.
• Familiarity with industry-standard UI kits like Radix, React Aria, and Ant.
• Skilled in producing design mocks using Figma, structured according to developer requirements, and leading design collaborations using FigJam.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, & JavaScript for implementing components and layouts (utilizing Typescript, React, & Tailwind/CSS modules).
• Intermediate proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration.
• Keen interest in learning about core product concepts such as APIs, web architecture, online security, privacy, and anti-fraud measures.
