Product Designer

📋 Description

• Responsible for designing the UI and enhancing the UX of key components within PowerSchool's Allovue and talent software platforms.

• Tasked with focused design assignments aligned with quarterly product feature objectives.

• Engaged in creating and refining product designs using Figma.

• Collaborating with the design team, product managers, and engineers to identify optimal solutions for complex problems and limitations.

• Directly involved in shaping product design within constraints, influencing the final form of requested features.

• Reviewing Pull Requests to ensure design consistency and accuracy prior to merging.

• Enhancing and expanding the design system proactively, seeking assistance and feedback when needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in designing web apps or software.

• Portfolio showcasing a strong grasp of UX and visual design principles.

• Proficient in collaborating with remote team members across different time zones (Pacific, Central, Eastern).

• Proficiency in using Figma for design projects.
