📋 Description

• Collaborate with diverse product teams to create and implement design solutions that align with business objectives and user requirements.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively convey design concepts and enhance user interactions.

• Manage all visual design phases from initial idea to final handover to the engineering team.

• Maintain the current design system for consistency and scalability across all products, and adapt it as needed for new features and enhancements.

• Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and provide design assistance when required.

• Conduct both moderated and unmoderated usability testing with user research partners.

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from analytics and tech support to identify potential issues and opportunities for further study.

• Utilize user insights and data to guide design decisions and deliverables.

• Engage in cross-functional discussions, discovery processes, and design evaluations.

• Stay updated on new technologies and systems, translating them into user-friendly experiences.

• Embrace curiosity by asking challenging questions and being open to continuous learning and growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5-8 years of experience in designing engaging user experiences.

• Previous experience collaborating on product design teams with multiple designers.

• Proven track record of taking products from initial stages to successful market adoption.

• Experience in designing consumer-focused product experiences.

• Ability to iterate on solutions from inception to completion effectively.

• Openness to user feedback and a problem-solving mindset.

• Strong communication skills to articulate design solutions visually and in writing, with a focus on early and frequent communication.

• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating strong UI and visual design skills, highlighting various UX artifacts and methodologies expertise.

• Proficiency in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

• Familiarity with qualitative research methods.

• Excellent communication and time management skills suitable for a remote work environment.

• Demonstrate humility, cultural understanding, and a collaborative mindset.

• Knowledgeable in Web3 technologies and user experiences.
