• Create a continuous flow of graphics, ads, social media content, email visuals, presentations, trade-show assets, and light-motion/video snippets on a daily basis.
• Provide hands-on guidance to internal designers and our web-design agency, leading critiques that emphasize speed, quality, and brand consistency.
• Implement AI-powered workflows, reusable component libraries, and template systems to enhance the team's productivity.
• Oversee the high-volume customer website design program, reviewing wireframes, approving layouts, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborate daily with marketing, product, and RevOps teams to translate business objectives into captivating creative content.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI advancements, and emerging formats; conduct quick tests and share insights with the team.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints, adjusting as needed with product growth.
• Manage project scopes, allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Pitch creative concepts to leadership and stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate swiftly.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, with 1-2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-volume asset production, brand systems, and successful campaign outcomes.
• Track record of driving engagement and conversions through iterative design and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and modern prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and responsive web design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a growing company environment.
• Proficient in AI-driven design tools like Adobe Firefly, DALL-E 3, Runway ML, Jasper Art, Designify, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to executives.
