• Develop an outstanding consumer experience for Quince customers on various paid social channels such as Tiktok, Pinterest, and Instagram.
• Create and implement innovative design solutions while maintaining brand identity aesthetics.
• Showcase expertise in image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, and color.
• Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and aligns with Quince brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently from start to finish, refining drafts and generating creative ideas.
• Collaborate with Brand Creative, Creative Strategists, and Video Editor counterparts to execute campaigns that blend storytelling with digital commerce.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in brand-focused companies, with previous experience as a mid-level designer.
• Updated digital portfolio showcasing proficiency in performance creative.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & After Effects).
• Strong skills in typography, layout, and color theory.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of multitasking effectively.
• Excellent time management skills, working independently on multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with rapidly changing workflows.
• Proactive and motivated team player with strong communication skills.
