• Cultivate internal design talent and foster a culture of bold ideas and flawless execution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading brand design or art direction in agency or in-house settings.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing category-defining work, particularly in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle.
• Demonstrated ability to shape unique brand identities and design systems that deliver measurable results.
• Extensive experience in integrated campaigns and cross-channel storytelling.
• Strong presentation skills and creative storytelling abilities with an executive presence.
• Expertise in balancing quality, speed, and scalability in a dynamic environment.
