• Lead the ongoing development of our design system, providing guidance for tokens, components, and governance.
• Develop, map, and manage global tokens across various platforms.
• Create, outline, and refine shared UI components in Figma, collaborating with Engineers for code consistency.
• Assist in incorporating automated design-to-code workflows and tools.
• Maintain clear, accessible documentation in Figma and Confluence (guidelines, patterns, principles).
• Coordinate the design system working group and align with global stakeholders on priorities and implementation.
• Contribute to product or feature design initiatives during quieter system cycles, offering a systems-oriented perspective to design challenges.
• Minimum of 5 years of Product or UI Design experience, with a strong focus on Design Systems.
• Proficient in Figma (libraries, tokens, variants, component properties).
• Thorough understanding of multi-platform design (web, iOS, Android, TV).
• Comfortable collaborating closely with Engineers on design-to-code workflows.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; capable of leading discussions across design, engineering, and product teams.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining design documentation and governance structures.
