• Utilize a data-informed approach with both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Make balanced design decisions considering user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.
• Willingness to take ownership of impactful features or projects.
• Open-minded, collaborative, and receptive to feedback for design iteration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in human-centered design principles and research methods.
• Able to confidently present and defend design decisions.
• Action-oriented mindset in a rapidly growing, remote-first environment.
• Knowledge of Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and trading is advantageous but not mandatory.
