• Create captivating and user-focused experiences for children's apps and parent websites
• Offer design guidance, feedback, and structure to ensure consistency and elevate project quality
• Collaborate with various teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Creative, Learning, and Art/Animation
• Take charge of UX and visual design from concept to completion, emphasizing quality and accessibility
• Conduct user research and assist in A/B testing to make informed design decisions
• Manage and enhance shared design systems across different platforms
• Mainly focus on web design (80%) with some involvement in mobile app experiences (20%)
• Possess 6+ years of experience in designing digital products, including responsive websites and mobile apps
• Showcase a portfolio highlighting strong interaction and visual design skills, particularly in consumer or educational products
• Have experience collaborating with diverse teams such as product, engineering, marketing/creative, and subject matter experts
• Proficient in Figma, with a good understanding of components and design systems
• Strong skills in user research, including designing and analyzing qualitative studies
• Knowledge of A/B testing and its implications on product design
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field—or equivalent professional experience
