• We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer who can lead the entire design process, craft elegant interfaces, and mentor fellow designers.

• As a key member, you will oversee product design projects from start to finish across web and mobile platforms.
• Responsibilities include conducting a comprehensive design process, from discovery to prototyping and user testing.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop impactful and user-centric designs.
• Offer constructive feedback and mentorship to other designers, contributing to team initiatives for enhancing user experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of the SmartRecruiters platform, providing evaluations of current interfaces and suggesting innovative improvements.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product design
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex design challenges into user-friendly solutions
• Proficiency in user research and feedback analysis
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Background in product design within enterprise SaaS or web applications
• Experience in fast-paced, startup-like environments with iterative product releases
