Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the entire product design process, tackling well-defined challenges alongside the product team from concept to final visual designs.

• Collaborate with the current product designer to enhance our design language and ensure a cohesive user experience.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to identify impactful UX opportunities and deliver feasible solutions promptly.

• Translate ideas into top-notch designs while maintaining a scalable design system in Figma.

• Craft clear UI copy to assist users in navigating the product effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience at a reputable B2B SaaS company or a rapidly growing SaaS startup.

• Demonstrated ability to design complex B2B web applications from concept to handoff, preferably showcased in your portfolio.

• Strong product-oriented mindset, capable of finding optimal solutions that balance user needs, technical limitations, and business objectives.

• Proficient in Figma with experience collaborating in shared workspaces and design systems.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Fluent in German with proficient English skills.
