📋 Description

• Lead design of intuitive, scalable user experiences across Higharc’s platform

• Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions

• Partner with homebuilders, suppliers, contractors, and buyers to understand needs

• Develop journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

• Collaborate across product, engineering, and architecture to bring ideas to life

• Influence product direction by bringing strong design perspective

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing web-based software with a focus on interaction and UX

• Track record of shipping high-quality, thoughtful product experiences in complex domains

• Strong portfolio showcasing process, thinking, and ability to simplify complexity

• Deep user empathy and confident communication style

• Systems-thinking mindset balancing detail with big-picture product vision

• Experience defining and delivering net-new experiences

• Comfort articulating trade-offs and managing ambiguity
