• Provide mentorship, feedback, and inspiration to team members through constructive criticism, curiosity, and experimentation.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in designing digital products for web, mobile, or AI interfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clear, detailed, and innovative design work.
• Experience in designing AI-assisted or agentic experiences, such as chatbots, personalization, or automation.
• Familiarity with gamification, loyalty programs, and rewards systems to drive meaningful user engagement.
• Proficient in Figma, design systems, and component-driven workflows.
• Comfortable working with data, analytics, and experimentation in design processes.
• Curious about AI-powered design tools and new creative workflows.
• Interest or experience in fintech, DeFi, trading, or web3 environments.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex ideas and align teams effectively.
