Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Responsible for enhancing the UI and refining the UX of key components in PowerSchool's Allovue and talent software platforms.

• Tasked with design projects aligned with quarterly product feature objectives.

• Managing and expanding the design system.

• Developing and refining product designs using Figma.

• Collaborating with design team, product managers, and engineers to address complex challenges and limitations.

• Directly influencing product design within constraints to shape requested features.

• Reviewing Pull Requests for design accuracy and consistency prior to merging.

• Proactively seeking feedback and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in web app or software design.

• Portfolio showcasing strong understanding of UX and visual design.

• Proficient in remote collaboration across different time zones.

• Proficiency in using Figma.

• Previous experience in creating Figma designs with extensive use of components.

• Experience in developing and expanding design systems, both generally and in Figma.

• Background in mentoring junior designers.
