• Conduct research, prototyping, and testing to identify and validate user pain points
• Utilize data and feedback for user-centered design decisions
• Transform insights and business requirements into engaging and functional solutions
• Collaborate with and mentor mid-level and junior Product Designers to create innovative, inclusive, and user-centric designs for various platforms
• Uphold high standards in visual design elements such as typography, layout, and composition
• Create pixel-perfect designs in alignment with product strategy
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across products
• Produce illustrations, micro-interactions, and motion design assets for digital experiences
• Perform design QA and post-release evaluations
• Minimum of 7 years experience in product or visual design roles
• Proficiency in user-centered design and prototyping for various devices
• Demonstrated ability to create and scale design systems
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustration and motion design skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, iterative approach
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently across different time zones
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
