• Lead the development and implementation of features for our product and internal tools

• Essential qualifications and skills
• Located in or primarily operating within the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Product Design roles
• Experience working in startup environments (Seed to Series B)
• Proficient in team-based remote work using platforms like Slack and Teams
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience using project management and development tools such as ClickUp and GitHub
• Demonstrated success across various stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to execution to refinement
• Preferred qualifications
• Ability to communicate in Spanish (conversational to fluent) to collaborate with our Spain-based engineering team
• Product design experience within B2B organizations
• Familiarity with SaaS, AI/ML, or SMB-focused products
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and other AI mechanisms
• Competitive full-time position with an annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
