• Foster product innovation and deliver user-focused solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product design within B2B SaaS startups/scale-ups.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and interaction skills.
• Proficient in modern design tools like Figma.
• Experience with design systems, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives in fast-paced environments.
• Effective collaboration with distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Nice to have: Experience applying design for Product-Led Growth strategies.
• Nice to have: Background in designing intuitive and scalable mobile products.
• Nice to have: Background in Business Travel, Events, or Meetings industry.
