β’ The Mobile App Product organization at DICKβS Sporting Goods is responsible for our Customer Facing applications, which represent the quintessential experience β both online and in-store β in the palm of your hand.
β’ In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining our design strategies that relate to business and translating them into innovative product solutions.
β’ This role will be hyper-focused on two key areas of our App ecosystem: Loyalty and MOVE.
β’ As a Senior Product Designer, you work closely with other product designers, product managers and software engineers to deliver product experiences rooted in human-centered principles that support strategic priorities.

β’ Advanced understanding of Product Design
β’ A lean product mindset rooted in experimentation
β’ Success in defining a cohesive research strategy
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
β’ Effective facilitation, relationship building and collaboration skills to drive alignment across organizational peers and stakeholder groups
β’ Ability to balance business objectives & customer needs
β’ Demonstrated success defining & launching complex products
β’ Strong deductive reasoning skills
β’ Curious attitude and desire to learn
β’ Customer-centric view into developing great product experiences and the ability to advocate on a customer's behalf
β’ Experience with generative research methods
β’ Advanced level use of problem-solving frameworks (must be able to demonstrate)
β’ Understanding of software development lifecycle
β’ Knowledge of lean product management
β’ Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
β’ Ability to know when to pivot or persevere based on data and learnings
β’ Portfolio of work, demonstrating a human-centered design process
