• Take charge of the end-to-end UX design process for eCommerce experiences, from initial discovery to high-fidelity UI designs.
• Establish and manage a component library within a CMS like Builder.io, ensuring scalability, reusability, and alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to transform business objectives into user-centric design solutions.
• Conduct UX research and usability tests to validate concepts and drive data-driven design choices.

• Minimum of 5-8 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a focus of at least 3 years on eCommerce platforms.
• Demonstrated ability in creating custom components or templates within a CMS, preferably Builder.io or similar systems.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing impactful eCommerce design work across various platforms.
• Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and contemporary design system methodologies.
• Strong grasp of IA, interaction design, accessibility standards, and conversion optimization techniques.
• Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and foster a growth mindset.
• Preferred: Experience in headless commerce front-end development and familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) for improved collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience in collaborating on landing page creation for marketing, campaigns, or product launches.
• Familiarity with the Christian Bible Study market is a plus.
