• Lead UX work for two parallel business streams/processes (e.g., BUD Claims and Underwriting) with separate Product Owners, ensuring consistent system design
• Design interfaces based on bespoke frontend and backend built on API provided by an external vendor
• Collaborate closely with PO, BA, and development teams iteratively (setting monthly goals and scope of work, implementing within sprints)
• Co-create and evolve a design system to maintain consistency across solutions in different products and processes
• Implement improvements in UX-dev collaboration processes to enhance development efficiency
• Execute UX activities: from research (interviews, workshops, analysis), through design (low/high fidelity mockups, prototypes), to usability testing and evaluation
• Participate in scoping and project workshops, including on-site at the client, to improve communication and build relationships
• Build and maintain relationships with other UX professionals in the client organization - sharing knowledge and synchronizing actions
• Support UX at the organizational level of the client, ensuring software consistency across multiple streams
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a UX Designer
• Experience in IT projects in the Insurance sector, preferably in an enterprise environment
• Experience leading end-to-end projects (research → design → testing → implementation)
• Experience conducting user research and collaborating with end-users
• Ability to design and maintain design systems
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma)
• Knowledge of agile software development methods
• Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and in different organizational cultures
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, characterized by independence, decision-making ease, and proactivity
• Willingness to occasionally travel for workshops at client locations
• Proficiency in English language (minimum C1 level)
• Comfortable working hours from 9:00-17:00
