• Your Role in Our Journey: You will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between marketing, product, and user experience. You will be the dedicated expert in optimizing the digital acquisition funnel, improve conversion rates, and create seamless experiences.

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of UX design experience, with a focus on marketing websites, landing pages, or web funnels.
• Proven expertise in user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions and measurable business impact.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, research and analytics (Hotjar, Google Analytics), collaboration and handoff (Zeplin, Notion), front-end basics (HTML/CSS, GitHub), and accessibility.
• Expertise with design systems and project management tools (Jira, Monday.com) is also crucial for leading projects and ensuring smooth workflows.
• Experience working in SaaS, especially within the health & wellness or B2B space.
• Deep understanding of web accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate across teams.
• Adaptability, empathy, and storytelling skills to effectively communicate user needs and advocate for solutions.
