• Planning, conducting, and evaluating qualitative and quantitative User Research methods (e.g., interviews, usability tests).
• Analyzing User Research results for B2B and B2C projects and deriving data-based recommendations.
• Developing wireframes and prototypes based on research insights and user requirements.
• Ensuring a user-centered approach in all project phases.
• Creating and presenting research reports for strategic decision-making.
• Supporting UX/UI design development by integrating research insights.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI Design and UX Research.
• Experience in project management and steering complex projects.
• Experience in analyzing and evaluating User Research for B2B and B2C projects.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Proficient experience with design tools, especially Figma.
• Knowledge in Interaction Design, Information Architecture, as well as Wireframing and Prototyping.
• Understanding and experience working in corporate structures is desirable.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Stay up-to-date on Usability and Conversion Best Practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as teamwork and empathy.
